Commercial Support

Commercial support is individual support provided by developer of the program. It may include consulting, program administration, templates coding or even developing new individual features for the program. Fee for commercial support is $30 per hour.

Normally support is provided by some IMS tool (ICQ, AIM, MSN, IRC, YIM), e-mail or phone. IMS is better because there is no additional charges for phone calls to Latvia, it is quicker than e-mail and allows to demonstrate logs, warnings or configuration files in real time.
